Chipotle Sauce Recipe Combining chillies and tomatillos, this Raw Green Salsa (or Salsa Verde) will enhance the taste of your recipes, such as Enchiladas. Great as half of a divorced recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Grind all the ingredients in the blender, adding a little water and salt as needed, until you have a smooth salsa.
  2. Once all the ingredients are blended, add a little extra chopped onion, cilantro leaves, and two mint leaves. Blend again and serve.
  3. Add the juice of half a lime.
  4. Add cubes of avocado to the salsa just before serving.
