Yucatan Taco Sauce You don't get much better than this sauce for topping your tacos, it's been created just for them! Coming from the Yucatan peninsula, this salsa is a must try for every taco fan:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add the onion and cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and chillies, season with salt, and cook, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, for another 5 minutes or until it is slightly reduced.
  4. Serve with your tacos.
