Yucatan Taco Sauce

You don't get much better than this sauce for topping your tacos, it's been created just for them! Coming from the Yucatan peninsula, this salsa is a must try for every taco fan:Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ onion, sliced
- 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 habanero chillies, seeded and cut into fine strips
- Coarse salt
Recipe
- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Add the onion and cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and chillies, season with salt, and cook, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, for another 5 minutes or until it is slightly reduced.
- Serve with your tacos.
