There's more than one way to turn your avocados into a great tasting guacamole. Follow this recipe from Phillip Martin, the Founder of Blanco Nino, to see how he makes this iconic Mexican sauce. The perfect dip for Blanco Nino Tortilla Chips:Ingredients
- 5 Avocados
- 1 Lime
- ¼ Red Onion
- 2 Spring Onions
- 25g Coriander
- Salt and pepper
- A bag (or two) of Blanco Nino Sea Salt Tortilla chips (alternative Mi Adelita Sea Salt Tortilla Chips)
Recipe
- Scoop out the avocados and toss in squeezed lime juice.
- Chop up your red onions, spring onions, and coriander.
- Mash all the ingredients together, leaving some of the avocado chunky.
- Season to taste.
