Pico de Gallo Salsa

Pico de Gallo Recipe This version of Pico de Gallo salsa is the most common variation with onion and tomatoes, but it can be made with a variety if fresh fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 5 large plum tomatoes
  • 1 small white onion
  • ½ coriander, with stems
  • 2 arbol chillies
  • Salt
 
Recipe
  1. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and coriander leaves and stems.
  2. Mince the chillies, then combine everything in a bowl. Add mor chillies if you want more spice.
  3. Season to taste with salt, and serve immediately.
