How do we deliver?

Courier Delivery: We send our packages out with DPD using their Next Working Day Delivery Service. Your parcel will be delivered Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm, they will send you an e-mail and text (please provide mobile phone number) with a one hour slot to be delivered. *Please note that next working day delivery may be subject to delays in busy periods due to demand and may not be guaranteed. 
 

What if I'm not at home?

If you are not going to be in, in addition to your address, you can give us further instructions for a secure location at your house i.e. Porch, shed, neighbour, recycling box. Ideally give a shipping address where someone will be in all day to receive the parcel, like a work address. 

We will email you to confirm it has been sent for dispatch and give you the consignment number (tracking) with instructions on how to track your parcel online. If you haven't received your parcel 2 days after this date please let us know by email to info@mexgrocer.co.uk
 

When do we deliver?

We despatch same day on all orders receive before 2pm Monday - Friday.

Next day delivery (1 working day) 

Up to 2kg = £3.90
2kg to 5kg = £4.90
5kg plus = £6.49
 

Saturday Delivery 

Up to 30kg = £17.08
Every 5kg after  = £1.30
 

Non-Mainland UK (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland)
 

Up to 48 Hours Delivery = £14
Orders Over £35 = £7
 

Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland delivery discount rate offer on order that ex. VAT and is up to 48 hours delivery (Northern Ireland and Isles).
