Returns and Refunds - We understand occasionally you may want to return products back to Mexgrocer. Please see below information on our Returns and Refunds
Mexgrocer is more than happy to receive returned items back to us. We will only authorise a return of food items if it's undamaged, not faulty, unopened and within date. This is because of the type of product and limits the resale of such items.
Damaged or faulty items we will not ask back and will require a photo showing the issue of the product. Please note that any issue with products, Mexgrocer requires to be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Unwanted items that are no longer needed and you wish to return them back to Mexgrocer, the customer will be required to send the item/s back to our warehouse at the customer's own expense. Ensure that all returns are tracked/signed for as Mexgrocer cannot be held responsable for any lost parcels being returned. Please include a note of your order number, name and the reason why the item is being returned. This will help to process the return and refund quicker.
