Returns Policy

We understand that occasionally you may wish to return products to MexGrocer.
 

We are happy to accept returns of food products provided they are unopened, undamaged, not faulty and still within their expiry date. Due to the nature of food products, this helps us maintain product quality and food safety standards.

Returns Questions

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We do not require damaged or faulty items to be returned. Please send us a clear photograph showing the issue and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Can I return unwanted items?
Yes, provided the products are unopened, undamaged, not faulty and within date. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
Do I need tracked postage?
Yes. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service as MexGrocer cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return transit.
What information should I include?
Please include your order number, name and the reason for return. This helps us process your refund or replacement more quickly.
