Chiltomate Salsa

Chiltomate Salsa As you might be able to tell from it's name, the main ingredients in this salsa are chillies and tomatoes.

Ingredients  
Recipe
  1. Put the tomatoes, chilli, onion, and garlic into a saucepan. Pour in 250ml boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes; then remove from the heat.
  2. Put these ingredients into a blender and process until combined. Season to taste.
  3. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add the epazote and additional habanero chilli and serve.
