Mexican-style Salsa

This Mexican-style salsa will transport your taste buds to Mexico no matter what you put it on. Perfect for tacos and burritosIngredients
- ½ medium onion, cubed
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 3 green serrano chillies, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 sprigs coriander, roughly chopped
- Sea salt and fresh lime juice or apple cider vinegar
Recipe
- If you want to neutralize the onion after chopping, place it under running water or let it soak in water for a couple of minutes, then drain and place in a medium bowl.
- Mix the vegetables, chiles, and cilantro in the bowl, and season with salt and lime juice or vinegar for taste.
- Serve immediately
