Guacamole
By Mama Reyna, Founder of Mama Reyna There's more than one way to turn your avocados into a great tasting guacamole. Follow this recipe from Mama Reyna, who combines it with her Salsa Verde to add extra depth to a classic guac, which is also vegan.

- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 jar Mama Reyna Salsa Verde
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp double cream (optional, and will mean the recipe is no longer vegan)
Recipe
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Scoop it out into a bowl and mash is with a fork.
- Keep the avocado stone to put in the guacamole. It will help reduce the natural darkening of the avocado together with the lime juice.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of the Mama Reyna Salsa Verde, lime juice, and salt, to taste. Mix all together; including the double cream if using.
- Serve immediately.
