Pico de Gallo Salsa

Great tasting salsa doesn't have to be complicated or take a long time to prepare. This recipe for Pico de Gallo salsa is very simple and quick to prepare, but it's a wonderful companion to all your favourite dishes:Ingredients
- 1 medium jicama, diced ¼ inch
- 2 medium tomatoes, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeno chillies, deveined and finely chopped
- 1 green serrano chilli, finely chopped
- 1 small sprig coriander, chopped
- 30ml fresh squeezed orange juice
- Salt
Recipe
- Mix the vegetables, chillies, and coriander together in a bowl.
- Add the orange juice and salt to taste before serving.
