Flor de Calabaza in Pasilla Sauce Tacos

Flor de Calabaza Tacos These tacos are ideal for Taco Tuesday, as they are friendly to all, no matter their dietry requirements.

Ingredients  
Recipe
  1. Fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes or until slightly golden.
  2. Add the drained flor de calabaza, courgette, and sweetcorn. When it begins to bubble, lower the heat and stir.
  3. Add 3-4 tablespoons of Mama Reyna Pasilla Salsa. Stir, and leave it to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  4. Serve as a taco on the corn tortillas.
