Enchiladas Verde
By Ki Gourmet These enchiladas verde have a chilli twist in the salsa, as instead of a classic salsa verde it use Ki Gourmet La Dona salsa; which adds serrano chillies to the green tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 medium chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 10 medium tortillas
- Oil, for frying
- 200ml cow's milk cream
- 12 slices of Manchego or Chihuahua cheese
- 380g Ki Gourmet La Doña Salsa
- Refried beans, black or pinto, to serve
Recipe
- Heat and fry the tortillas.
- Fill the tortillas with the chicken and fold them in half.
- Heat the La Doña Sauce in a saucepan.
- Arrange the enchiladas on a platter or plate and bathe them with more sauce.
- Add the cream and cheese on top of the enchiladas.
- Serve with refried beans.
