Extra-spicy Wings Make sure you have a glass of milk on hand when eating this recipe, it's extra-spicy and not for the faint-hearted.

Ingredients
Recipe
  1. Mix the pepper, garlic powder, crushed garlic, and salt together in a large bowl.
  2. Add half the egg yolks, the chilli and tabasco sauces, and vinegar and mix well to a thick consistency. If not, add the remaining egg yolks.
  3. Spread the flour out on a large plate. Put the chicken wing pieces into the bowl of mixture and coat; then add them to the flour and toss until coated all over.
  4. Heat the oil for deep frying to 180°C, or until a cube of day-old bread browns in 30 seconds.
  5. Carefully lower the wings into the hot oil a few at a time, and deep fry for 8 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels, then continue with the remaining wings.
  6. Serve with a cheese sauce.
