  1. Brush the rim of the glass with the lime juice.
  2. Spread out the salt or Tajin on a small plate and dip the rim of the glass into it to coat.
  3. Put ice cubes into the glass and add the remaining ingredients, finishing off with the sparkling water.
  4. Stir and serve immediately.
