Chocolate Martini

This cocktail has a stroing endorsement behind it, as it's Elizabeth Taylor's favourite cocktail. Rick Stein discovered this particaular cocktail recipe at Puerta Vallarta's Casa Kimberly Hotel; which was origanally the home opf Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.Ingredients
- ¼ orange
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 50ml vodka
- 25ml crème de cacao liqueur
- 25ml chocolate syrup
- Handful of ice
Recipe
- Rub the rim of a martini glass with the quarter of orange. Sprinkle the cocoa powder on to a saucer, then dip the rim of the glass into the cocoa to coat.
- Pour the vodka, crème de cacao, and chocolate syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain into the prepared glass and serve.
