Dorado Sunset

This recipe takes its inspiration from the popular video game Overwatch. In the lore of the game, this is the drink of choice of the Mexican hacker Sombra; but this recipe turns fiction into a very tasty reality.Ingredients
- 30ml mezcal
- For a Mocktail version of the Dorado Sunset, omit this ingredient
- 90ml orange juice
- 90ml lemon-lime soda
- Chipped ice
- A splash of grenadine
- Citrus slices, for garnish (optional)
Recipe
- Fill a glass halfway with chipped ice.
- Pour the mezcal into the bottom of the glass, then the orange juice, then the lemon-lime soda.
- Add the splash of grenadine, garnish, then serve.
