Jugo Verde

Jugo Verde There are many different ways to make this popular green juice. This recipe is Margarita Carrillo Arronte's prefered method.

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 25g parsley
  • 1 celery stalk, coarsely chopped
  • 5 spinach leaves
  • 1 cucumber, skin on, seeded, and chopped
  • 2 apples, cored and coarsely chopped
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
