Jugo Antigripal

Jugo Antigripal This recipes name translates to 'Antiflu Tonic' and whilst we cannot offically guarantee it's effectivness, the mix of ingredients are filled with vitamins and nutrients that are bound to help you feel better.

  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • Juice of 9 oranges
  • Juice of 3 grapefruits
  • 4 guavas, chopped
  • 4 pineapple slices, chopped
  • 150ml honey
  1. Pour the lemon, orange, and grapefruit juices into a blender. Add the guavas and pineapple slices, and process until completely smooth.
  2. Add the honey and process again.
  3. Strain into glasses and serve immediately.
    1. Do not strain if you want to include more fibre in your diet.
