Spicy Empanadas Clemente Jacques adds the spice to these Spicy Empanadas with their Jalapeno Chilli Slices.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Knead the puff pastry until you get a thin paste. Cut it into circles.
  3. Fill each circle with ground beef, jalapeno slices, and shredded cheese.
  4. Close the Empanadas well and glaze with the egg yolk.
  5. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
