Nachos This simple recipe is quick and easy to prepare, and perfect for sharing, making it ideal for a last minute get together snack.

Ingredients: Recipe:
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Pile the chips on an ovenproof plate. Sprinkle the cheese in the top and cover the chips.
  3. Place in the oven for 2-3 minutes only; the cheese only needs to melt, it does not need to brown.
  4. For the Sauce:
    1. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and fry the onions and garlic in a pan until they begin to brown.
    2. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil.
    3. Add the tomato puree, chilli, paprika, and sugar. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
    4. Add the chives.
  5. Pour the sauce over the top, then serve immediately.
