Ingredients:
- El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Sauce (2 ounces)
- 12oz of regular or evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 12oz of diced tomato (with chilis if you prefer)
- 2 teaspoons of cumin
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 16oz of homemade or canned chili
- 16oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Tortilla Chips
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat milk and dissolve cornstarch in a pot.
- Gradually add other ingredients, stirring well, especially when incorporating the cheese.
