The kit includes a tin of El Mexicano Pozole (822g), made with hominy corn – the heart of every pozole. To give your broth the rich and smoky flavour that makes it unique, we’ve included Tajín Ancho Chilli (75g) and Tajín Guajillo Chilli (75g). These dried chillies are mild to medium in heat, perfect for creating a balanced red pozole base when blended into your sauce.
To serve your finished dish in true Mexican style, you’ll also find a pack of Sanissimo Tostadas (216g). These crisp corn tostadas are the perfect companion, traditionally topped with shredded lettuce, radish, onion, lime, and a spoonful of your homemade pozole.
