Xiqueño Mole comes from the town of Xico in Veracruz, where it's known for its smooth texture and slightly sweeter flavour. Made with a traditional blend of dried chillies, spices, nuts and chocolate, it has a rich, well-balanced taste that's full of depth without being overly spicy.
This ready-to-use mole paste makes it easy to prepare an authentic Mexican meal at home. Simply dilute the paste according to the instructions and serve with chicken, turkey or pork. It's also delicious spooned over enchiladas or served with rice and warm corn tortillas.
