12" Poco Loco Flour Tortilla
Mexican flour tortillas. They were created as a wheat alternative to corn tortillas in the XVI century by a Spanish community in Sonora, Mexico, who couldn't cook European style bread. Over time they became very popular in the United States and are the main ingredients in Burritos and wraps.
18 tortillas per packet.
Heat on a hot dry plate for 10-15 seconds at a low heat, a high heat may burn it. Flexible enough to make wraps or burritos.
Storage:
Store in cupboard, once opened keep in a dry, cool place or fridge for up to 3 days.
