10" Poco Loco Flour Tortillas
These 10" Poco Loco Flour Tortillas are soft, flexible, and perfect for making homemade burritos, wraps, and quesadillas. Each tortilla is made with wheat flour for a smooth texture that’s easy to fold and roll without tearing. With a diameter of 25cm, they’re a great size for both everyday meals and party-style dishes. Stored in a resealable pack to keep them fresh, they’re ready to heat and use straight from the pack.
Flour tortillas are a staple in Northern Mexican and Tex-Mex cooking, where they’re often preferred over corn tortillas for their softer bite. They’re ideal for filling with grilled meats, beans, rice, cheese, or vegetables. Unlike corn tortillas, which are more rustic and earthy, flour tortillas have a mild flavour and a slightly chewy texture, making them more versatile for international recipes too. They’re also lower in fat compared to some alternatives and suitable for vegetarians.
To use, gently warm them on a dry frying pan, in the oven, or microwave for a few seconds to soften. Storage:
Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in the refrigerator in closed packaging for 3 days maximum.
