Balam Raicilla Costa 45% 700ml

The raicilla is a distilled spirit, from the south western region of Jalisco, Mexico. Like tequila and mezcal, it is a product of the agave plant, but unlike tequila, it isn’t made of agave azul. This Balam Raicilla Costa is made of Wild Agave Maximiliana. Raicilla tends to be fruitier and sweeter than other agave spirits; it is a traditional beverage with 300 or more years of existence.

Nose: Aromas of wood and wildflowers with a hint of citrus.

Mouth: The first impression is the taste of green baked agave, giving space to a soft expression of roasted fruits with a long after taste in the palate of cold ash.
