Sol Terasco 8 years is produced from local Mexican sugar cane grow on the volcanic red soil at an elevation of more than 4,180 FALS. It is distilled in alembic and column, before being aged in selected ex-bourbon and Spanish ex-sherry barrels from around 8 years and bottled at 40% ABV.No sugar or additives added.
