Like taking a walk through the park, this lovely round bodied Mezcal has very subtle citrus notes, a gentle spicy taste of black pepper with a vegetal end reminding of olives and capers.

Aroma: Vegetal aroma of olives and capers

Palate: Gentle and black pepper nuances with hints of mineral and wood

Finish: Slight bitter and vegetable aftertaste with sweetness
