Very herbaceous on the nose and a lovely full botanical flavour, and an everlasting grassy and earthy finish.

Body: Transparent and medium bodied

Aroma: Sweet peppery notes

Palate: Starts dry and turns into soft green flavours with hints of juniper

Finish: Lingering natural flavours with woody and peaty nuances
