Gem & Bolt Mezcal 700ml

Gem & Bolt Mezcal is made using espadín agave, but that's not all - it also features damiana, a traditional Mexican herb. The name comes from a story of how Mezcal came to be: a lightning bolt struck an agave piña, which roasted and fermented the sugars and created Mezcal. Once revered by the Aztecs, damiana was believed to relax the soul. Less smoky than standard mezcal, this is a sweet, floral spirit with an undercurrent of bitter herb and savoury notes.
