Corte Vetusto Mezcal Joven Espadin 700ml

Before distillation, the agave is cooking in traditional earthen pit ovens, with mesquite specially chosen to heat said ovens for the flavours it imparts on the final spirit.

This particular expression is made using the Espadín variety of agave - a favourite of Mezcal producers across Mexico.

The spirit is double distilled before bottling at 45% ABV.

Under the watchful eye of fourth generation Master Distiller Juan Carlos Gonzalez Diaz, Corte Vetusto Espadín Mezcal is produced.
