Alipus San Baltazar Mezcal 700ml
Excellent joven mezcal made San Baltazar, Oaxaca, using Espadin agave (one of the favourites among mezcal producers) for the Alipus range. Fermented in pine vats & distilled by Don Cosme Hernandez from agave Espadin, grown at about 5700 feet in hilly, white, rocky soil. Delicate and fruity, slightly sweet.
Storage:
Close tight and keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity.
