Ancho Reyes and Ancho Reyes Verde are handcrafted using chillies native to Puebla. Time-honoured techniques are used for making menjurjes mastered by artisans in 1920s Puebla. One by one, each poblano chilli is individually hand-selected for quality. For Ancho Reyes Verde, the chillies are harvested earlier, while green and a portion of the poblano chillies are fire roasted. The poblano chillies express a bright, crisp, and fresh heat. Each bottle is inspected individually, then hand labelled according to tradition.
