Tajin Ancho Chilli 75g
Ancho chillies are a type of dried chilli pepper commonly used in Mexican and Southwestern U.S. cuisine.
Ancho chillies can be reconstituted by soaking them in warm water, or they can be ground up or crushed. They have a deep red colour and a wrinkled skin. Sweet and smoky with a flavour slightly reminiscent of raisins, their heat is mild to medium-hot.
Tajin Arbol Chilli 20 x 75g Case
The arbol chilli is long and thin, generally growing to around 7cm and 1cm wide.
It is very spicy so be warned! It is between 15,000 to 30,000 Scoville units. This can be up to 12 times hotter than a jalapeño! Use to make stews and table sauces.
Tajin Guajillo Chilli 75g
Dried Guajillo Chilli has a reddish brown colour.
It is used in all kinds of pork, chicken, beef or other meat stews, it is part of moles, marinades, hot sauces, etc. It is almost always used mixed with other peppers. Always soak before using.
Tajin Pasilla Chilli 75g
Pasilla chilli is a dried 100% natural pepper used to make Mexican mole and enchilada and marinades.
