The habanero chilli is one of our most international chillies.
Don Pancho's habanero chilli sauce is a mixture of onion, green tomatoes, garlic and habanero peppers roasted over a low heat, bringing out the best aromas and flavours. Its elaboration is almost handmade, the ingredients are ground in a molcajete of volcanic stone, separating the flavours.
This sauce is perfect to accompany meats, fish, chicken, stews, soups and with all your favourite dishes.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
