- 20 Naturelo corn masa flour tortillas
- 1 pound flank steak
- ½ cup oil
- 1 pound tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 habanero peppers
- 34 ounces water
- ½ thinly sliced red onion
- 3.5 ounces fresh cheese
- 4 tablespoons table cream
