Mexican Pinto Beans are sometimes called Frijoles, these are the lovely speckled pinto beans and when soaked and processed can be made into Frijoles, add chorizo and you have a simple authentic Mexican meal.

Grown where the elevation is over 6000 feet, only the best seed is used. They are double cleaned which only adds to the quality of our pinto beans. If you are buying beans at the grocery store or warehouse, you will be amazed with the difference the fresh beans make. In the time it takes to cook, the colour and of course the taste is exceptional.
