Savour the fusion of flavours with this delightful Mezcal cocktail featuring El Yucateco Horchata Concentrate and Mezcal Pelotón de la Muerte.
Ingredients:
- 15ml El Yucateco Horchata Concentrate
- 15ml Mezcal Pelotón de la Muerte
- Ice
- Cinnamon (for rimming the glass)
Instructions:
- Combine 15ml of El Yucateco Horchata Concentrate with 15ml of Mezcal Pelotón de la Muerte over ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake until the two ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Dampen the rim of a shot glass with ice and coat it with cinnamon.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
