Hummus The key ingredient in this dip is Naturelo Chickpea flour, which is a gluten free ingredient. Vanessa Musi specialises in recipes that are glutne free and vegan friendly, and this one is no expection.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Naturelo Chickpea flour
  • 1-2 small cloves garlic, peeled and pressed
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1/3 cup water or more to lighten
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, and extra to drizzle
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • A pinch of chilli powder
  • Coriander, to garnish
 
Recipe
  1. Mix everything together, except the chilli powder and coriander, with a balloon whisk, rectify the seasoning.
  2. Drizzle with the extra olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with the chilli powder and garnish with the coriander.
