- 1 cup Naturelo Chickpea flour
- 1-2 small cloves garlic, peeled and pressed
- 3 tbsp tahini
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/3 cup water or more to lighten
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, and extra to drizzle
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- A pinch of chilli powder
- Coriander, to garnish
Recipe
- Mix everything together, except the chilli powder and coriander, with a balloon whisk, rectify the seasoning.
- Drizzle with the extra olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the chilli powder and garnish with the coriander.
