Bufalo Hot Sauce 150ml
Mexico's favourite hot sauce!
*Buffalo Wings 2 1/2 lb.
*Chicken wings
*1 cup Bufalo Hot Sauce*
*1/4 cup lime juice,
*Blue cheese
*Salad dressing
*Celery sticks
Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into two parts. Rinse well and part dry. Place wings, 3/4 cup Bufalo Hot Sauce and lime juice into large plastic food storage bag. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 F. On foil lined baking pan, place wings in a single layer. Bake 20 minutes. Drain fat from the wings. Turn oven to broil. Return wings to oven and place under broiler, 4-6 inches from heat source. Broil 10-15 additional minutes, turning twice and brushing with remaining hot sauce, until wings are tender and no longer pink. Serve with salad dressing and celery sticks on the side.
Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening.
