San Luis Potosi Style Molotes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.1 pounds NATURELO BLUE Masa Harina
- 3.52 ounces aged cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup lard or oil
- 7.05 ounces ground pork
- ¼ cup almonds, finely chopped
- ¼ cup acitron (candied biznaga), finely chopped
- 1 pinch ground clove
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tomatoes, roasted
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup lettuce, finely chopped
- 4 tomatoes, fresh and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spicy salsa
Preparation:

Prepare the Masa
Mix NATURELO BLUE Masa Harina with cheese and salt as per your taste.

In lard, cook ¼ onion, then add pork, almonds, acitron, clove, cinnamon, and salt.
