Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
750g new potatoes, cooked
1 tsp ground cumin, toasted
Mild chilli, to serve

Recipe
Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium-low heat. Add the garlic, stirring frequently, for a few minutes until golden. Do not let it brown else it will become bitter.
Put the potatoes into a bowl, add the garlic and the oil from the pan, and mix well.
Sprinkle with the cumin and mix again.
Put the potatoes under the grill for 5 minutes.
Put the potatoes into a serving dish, sprinkle with salt, mix well, and garnish with a chilli.
