Two-bean Cream

Ingredients
- Pinto Refried Bean Cream:
- 235ml Isadora Pinto Refried Beans
- 235ml chicken broth
- 235ml milk
- 1tsp oil
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
- Black Refried Bean Cream:
- 235ml Isadora Black Refried Beans
- 470ml chicken broth
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
- Fried tortilla strips, to garnish
- Cubes of panela cheese, to garnish
Recipe
- Make each cream separately. Combine all ingredients for each in separate bowls, excluding the oil.
- Heat the oil in a deep pot and pour each mixture into it, continuing to keep them separate. Cook on a low heat until each mixture boils.
- Transfer each of the soups into separate pitchers and pour them simultaneously into a deep plate.
- Serve with the cheese and fried tortilla strips.
