San Martin agave of 10 – 12 years, it's a Karwinskii agave, very similar to Cirial or Cuishe agaves. Distilled by Basilio Pacheco in Ejutla, Oaxaca. It has clean flavours of figs, hay, cocoa beans and moss. The aftertaste has a light flavour of wild mint and bananas.
