Dive into the traditional flavors of Mexican seafood with this unique dish, featuring El Yucateco Habanero Red Sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kilogram of dogfish shark, cut into pieces
  • ¼ Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped epazote
  • ½ Kilogram of tomatoes
  • ½ Onion
  • ¼ Cup of chopped cilantro
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of EL YUCATECO Red Hot Sauce

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cook the shark meat in water with salt and onion. Once ready, shred it and mix with lime juice and epazote.
  2. Roast tomatoes, remaining onion, and garlic. Blend these with the hot sauce, strain, and then fry the mixture.
