Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 Pork chops, cut 2 centimeters thick
  • 1 Large onion, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon of EL YUCATECO Green Hot Sauce
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • ½ Kilogram of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon of salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 Cups of chopped cilantro

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Fry the pork chops and set them aside.
