Bacanora Aguamiel 700ml 41% 

It's a Sonora, Mexico's small producers' distilled beverage made from the agave plant. The plant is cared for carefully until it ripens and every detail is focused on in order to give the smoky and balanced flavours that convert this family tradition into a truly Sonoran art.

*Production place: Suaqui Grande, Sonora, Mexico. Since 2000 Bacanora has been issued with an origin denomination bill by the Mexican government.    

*Alcohol Vol:41%      

*Metanol: 0% detected. 

*Colour: Crystal clear. Once poured, a persistent and light body is perceived.      

*Aroma: Earthy and smoky at first, followed by slight anise and mesquite notes.

*Taste: Strong personality with slight anise notes when poured by itself. A sweet taste that lasts for a couple of minutes remains after swallowed. 

Storage: 

Close tight and keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity.
