This is a Mexican rum called Paranubes, produced in Oaxaca. It's aged for 18 months in used Tequila French oak barrels. The smell is smoky with hints of green olives and garden herbs. When you taste it, you'll notice flavors of pimento, dried figs, earth, oak, and sweet agave.
