Piquin Whole Dried Chilli 500g

Don't be fooled by the fact that this chili is tiny - usually just 1 inch long. It is extremely hot and has a smoky and fruity flavour.

Closely related to the wild tepin chili. It can often be referred to as the "bird pepper" as birds love them due to their size.

Commonly used to make extra spicy foods. Lots of hot sauces, salsas, soups and oils use piquin as an ingredient.
