- 1.5 kg pork shoulder, boneless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
For the Habanero & Ghost Pepper Sauce:
- 120ml El Yucateco Habanero & Ghost Pepper Sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt to taste
For the Slaw:
- 2 cups red cabbage, thinly shredded
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving:

Instructions:
