Ingredients: Water, habanero peppers, tomato paste, sugar cane, salt, natural ghost chilli extract, spice and colouring (paprika), acetic acid (pH control agent), lemon juice, xanthan gum (stabilizer), gellan gum (stabilizer), natural flavouring (caramelized onion), and sodium benzoate as a preservative.

For the Pulled Pork:

  • 1.5 kg pork shoulder, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

For the Habanero & Ghost Pepper Sauce:

  • 120ml El Yucateco Habanero & Ghost Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt to taste

For the Slaw:

  • 2 cups red cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving:
